Instructions:
- Prepare the work area and wear protective gloves. Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
- Remove any interior trim or molding as needed to access the glass channel or contact points.
- Clean the glass seating area and frame with isopropyl alcohol; remove old adhesive residue and contaminants.
- Test-fit the block(s) at the recommended locations (commonly lower and side support points). Use a feeler gauge or measure to match factory gap and height.
- Slide the block between the glass and frame at the chosen position(s). Adjust until the glass sits at the correct factory alignment and spacing.
- Temporarily secure the glass with masking tape while verifying fit and clearances around the perimeter.
- If installing a windshield or replacing adhesive seals, apply urethane adhesive per manufacturer instructions and set the glass with the blocks in place.
- Allow adhesive to cure as specified, remove temporary tape, re-install trim/molding, and verify final alignment and seal integrity.
