Product Information and Availability
Our website is regularly updated based on current warehouse inventory. Moparts will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site.
All products are listed for sale in good faith. However, occasionally products become temporarily or permanently unavailable without prior notice from the supplier. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier, you will be contacted to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order being shipped.
The packing slip located in your order will notate any items that were out of stock at the time of shipping. The unavailable items will be back ordered unless otherwise specified on your order form or verbally to a Brand Ambassador or Specialist when placing your order by phone. Back orders are usually shipped when the products arrive at our warehouse without prior notification. Moparts will make an effort to contact the customer if the backorder is more than 90 days old.
Submitting Your Order
Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. If your order is being shipped to a place of business, please include the business name.
Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. Customers are liable for the freight charges BOTH WAYS if an order is undeliverable to the address submitted to us and returned to sender. We will recover these charges if the address was submitted to us incorrectly BEFORE re-shipping the product to the corrected address.
Your Moparts order confirmation email will contain details of the shipping time that you can expect for the items that you ordered. We ask that you allow 12-14 business days to receive your item, but make every effort to get your order out within 10 calendar days. You will receive an update of your order approximately 10 calendar days after your original confirmation (unless your order has shipped prior). You will also receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to ship, depending on the time of year.
We offer the following delivery options. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.
Moparts currently has 2 warehouses, and not all in-stock parts are located at our Tecumseh Rd. Location. We recommend contacting us 24 hours to arrival so that we can have all in-stock items available for pickup. All orders must be paid for at time of confirmation.
Moparts use UPS, and Canada Post as standard delivery shipping methods. Shipping rates are based on weight, size and location of delivery. We do not use Postal Mail for delivery of any items, as it is not trackable nor insurable.

Each order is charged an insurance fee of $2.00 per $100 of the order subtotal . This fee will insure the entire order and protect you completely from damages or loss. Package Protection is not optional.
