The Goodyear GT Radial Customgard Flexten tire features extra wide 255/60R15 sizing, which was specific for 1978 and 1979 Corvette pace cars. The outlined white letters are authentic for the era, and the sizing is excellent for restored cars or modified Corvettes looking for an aggressive stance.

Outlined White Letter

Outlined White Letter tires, sometimes referred to as OWL for short, came about during the 1970's and continues to be popular on some off-road tires. This style of sidewall lettering was a variation of the popular raised white letters tires, but instead of solid white lettering, only the outline of the lettering features white rubber.
