Reproduction 1969 Charger headlamp door assembly. Each door is manufactured in a high pressure injection molding process just like the factory Mopar item. Like the original Mopar item, each door comes with emblem pin locations properly marked in order to allow drilling of the door to accept any of the assorted emblems as appropriate for your particular sub-model or trim level option.
Injection molded in black, each door is masked and sprayed with the correct shade of Argent Silver in the appropriate accent areas. Each door comes with hardware for installation on the grill extension for your convenience.

Our panels are made from proper gauge steel and include all correct-as-original clips, tabs, flanges, bends and seams. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
