Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground and roll the adjacent window down for access. Disconnect the battery if instructed by vehicle service manual.
- Carefully remove interior trim panels and any retainers around the quarter window to expose the old weatherstrip.
- Gently pry out and remove the old weatherstrip and any metal or plastic retainers. Keep fasteners if reusable or replace as needed.
- Clean the channel and mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol or a suitable cleaner to remove old adhesive, grease, and debris. Allow to dry.
- Test-fit the new QWR 3410 RH seal into the channel to confirm orientation and length. Trim excess only if specified by vehicle service notes.
- If manufacturer or vehicle instructions call for adhesive, apply a thin, even bead of weatherstrip adhesive in the channel per adhesive instructions.
- Press the new weatherstrip into place, working from one end to the other. Ensure the seal fully seats and aligns with the glass edge and body flange. Reinstall any retainers or clips.
- Reinstall interior trim, cycle the window to check for smooth operation, and inspect the seal for gaps. Allow adhesive to cure per product directions before exposing to moisture.
