Instructions:
- Confirm kit CWK 3110 78 matches your vehicle application and lay out all pieces to identify locations.
- Carefully remove old weatherstripping and any retained adhesive or clips; use trim tool to avoid damaging metal.
- Clean the sealing channels and mating surfaces thoroughly with alcohol or an appropriate cleaner; allow to dry.
- Test-fit each new seal piece without adhesive to ensure correct orientation and length; trim excess as needed using a sharp utility knife.
- If required, apply primer to bare metal per primer manufacturer instructions and allow to flash.
- Apply weatherstrip adhesive evenly to the channel or to the bulb/contact area as the kit or adhesive manufacturer recommends.
