Instructions:
- Lower the window and remove the interior door panel following the vehicle’s service procedure (remove screws, clips and any electrical connectors).
- Carefully remove the old glassruns, beltline and seals from the door frame and window channel; note clip locations and fastener types for reassembly.
- Remove any adhesive residue and thoroughly clean the channel and mounting surfaces with solvent and a lint-free cloth. Allow to dry.
- Test-fit the new glassruns and beltlines to confirm orientation and fit. Identify left/right pieces before final installation.
- Apply a light coat of rubber lubricant or silicone to the seals and window edge to ease installation and prevent binding.
- Start installing seals at the top corner and press into the channel, working down each side; for beltlines, slide or clip them into the door flange per their original attachment points.
- Trim any excess material only if required for fit using a sharp utility knife; avoid overcutting.
- Reinstall any clips or fasteners, reconnect electrical connectors and carefully raise and lower the window to check for smooth operation and proper sealing.
- Reinstall the door panel and hardware, then perform a final check for wind noise, water tightness and proper window alignment.
