Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface, lower the window glass and disconnect the battery if removing door panels.
- Remove interior door panel and any fasteners or clips that block access to the glassrun and beltline.
- Carefully remove the old weatherstrips, glassruns and beltline pieces. Note their orientation and order for reference.
- Clean the channel and mating surfaces with rubbing alcohol or solvent and a clean rag; remove all old adhesive and debris.
- Dry-fit each new piece to confirm correct orientation, trimming to length if necessary for a precise fit.
- Apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the channel or flange where recommended by the adhesive manufacturer.
- Press the new glassruns, beltlines and door seals into place, using a rubber mallet or firm hand pressure to seat them fully.
- If installing in cold weather, warm the rubber with a heat gun or hair dryer for better flexibility and adhesion.
- Reinstall the door glass and operate it to ensure smooth travel and proper sealing. Adjust as needed for alignment.
- Reinstall the door panel and hardware, then test doors for leaks and wind noise; allow adhesive to cure per instructions before full use.
