Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and protect painted surfaces with masking tape or rags around the molding area.
- Carefully pry old moldings away from the glass/frame using a plastic trim tool to avoid damaging paint and glass.
- Remove any remaining old clips or debris from the channel; use pliers to extract broken clip remnants.
- Compare the new clips to the originals to confirm fit and orientation.
- Install new clips into the door/glass flange or channel at the factory clip locations; push until each clip snaps or seats fully.
- Re-seat the molding over the newly installed clips, aligning holes and pressing the molding onto each clip until it locks in place.
- Check the entire perimeter for secure fit and even spacing; adjust clips or molding as needed.
- Clean the area and test for wind noise/water tightness by gently running a hose or inspecting for gaps.
