The Precision Metal Stamped Molding Clip 1101 004 is a high-strength stamped-steel fastener designed to secure exterior and interior trim and moldings. Its metal construction delivers superior holding power and resistance to deformation compared with plastic retainers, making it well suited for restoration, repair, and maintenance of door, body, and interior trim. The clip helps reduce vibration and trim rattle, provides consistent alignment for a factory-fit appearance, and features a corrosion-resistant finish for long-term durability and reliability.

Instructions:
- Inspect the panel hole and surrounding area; remove any damaged remnants of the old clip.
- Clean the mounting hole and mating surfaces with a rag and mild cleaner; ensure they are dry before installing.
- Align the clip so the flange seats flush against the panel surface and the retention tangs line up with the hole.
- Press the clip firmly into the panel hole until the flange is fully seated and the clip locks in place (use needle-nose pliers for leverage if needed).
- Position the molding or trim over the installed clip and push the trim onto the clip until it snaps or locks securely.
