Instructions:
- Verify fitment: confirm WFK 3111 80 matches the vehicle and identify left/right pieces.
- Lower the window to a comfortable working position and disconnect the battery if required to prevent accidental operation.
- Remove inner door panel and any necessary window/door hardware to access the old beltline molding and glass run channel.
- Carefully remove the old molding and channel: use trim tools to disengage clips, cut away any adhesive, and pull out channel sections.
- Clean the channel area thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol or adhesive cleaner to remove dirt, grease, and old adhesive.
- Test-fit the new channels and moldings on the door and glass to ensure proper orientation and fit before final installation.
- Apply a light coat of silicone lubricant or soapy water to the glass edge; slide the new glass run channel into place, guiding the glass into the channel as needed.
- Press the beltline molding into its mounting flange and secure any retaining clips or fasteners. If adhesive is required, apply a suitable trim adhesive sparingly and allow proper cure time.
